Here's my Christmas Col0ur Combo. I can't say this is truly my Favourite Colour Combo, but what I enjoy when making Christmas cards, is making unusual, or non traditional coloured Christmas Cards. I don't think I have one red and green card in my stash......well maybe one or two, but for the most part, I'm not a fan of that combination.

I used Figgy Pudding DP as a Base for my Lamby Tag. I'm not sure if you can see it or not, but the Sheep's Hat is Flocked! I coloured the sheep in C1 and shaded with C3. The little curlicues for his coat were added with C3. The legs are coloured in c3 and shaded with C5

Kimmie's Krafty Blog Hop!
Today marks the release of the December images from Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps! There are 4 new images from Crissy Armstrong, 4 new images from Annie Rodrigue, two new sets of sentiments and two new images from a brand new artist, Jean Grant! You’ll get to check out all the images throughout our fabulous blog hop!!
If you've just arrived here from Kraftin' Kimmie's Challenge Blog, then you're in the right place! After feasting your eyes upon Jovial Josephine, you'll have a real treat when you hop on over to Lacey Stephen's Blog......wow, she has some great scrapbook Layouts!
If you want to start from the beginning, just head over to the Kraftin’ Kimmie Challenge Blog! As you hop from blog to blog, be sure to leave a comment at each and every stop because three lucky stampers will win packages of stamps from the new release!! And when you’re done hoppin’, be sure to head over to the Kraftin’ Kimmie store, because ALL the new images are NOW available!
I coloured Josephine ( I am totally infatuated with her, her sayings and her little love potion bottle!) with Copics. To keep the earth Tones, I did the Hearts in Salmon Red with Brown (E08) shading... I used Fruit Pink for the lighter areas. She Looked like she needed some stitching, so I zig zagged my way around the Basic Grey Indian Summer Paper and the main image as well. I cut the heart freehand and stitched it onto the card with a straight machine stitch. I am really Pleased with how this card turned out. I initially thought about adding a little more here and there, but then decided that sometimes less is more.
I hope you enjoy your Sunday! I'm going to have a lazy day today, just because I can!
Happy Stamping!
